UC purchase still un fulfilled
Could be one the worst experience for me since it's been a week and my purchase is still not reflecting in my account. Tried contacting several times via official website and gave screen shot as well my pubg uid for reference and to get my issues sorted out at the earliest the mail support system is the weirdest ever seen. In mail it's stated that please relogin in multiple times to fix the connection but in my case this is not fixing and later it's been said please do not hesitate to contact back with the purchased screen shot and a guide to find the purchase receipt was provided but the weird part is every time i made a complain regarding this I had already provided the screen shot, never mind I'll do that again because i made the worst decision buying it already and then when I try to reply back, lol then a bot mail appears and says issue is closed dayum i was said to reply to this mail with the purchase receipt. And here it's been a week since I'm juggling throughout this mail to website and website to mail support. Oh cmon we ain't on a date to keep getting this extended. I can provide the screenshot again but still that's confidentially and this ticket seems to be open. Any support person that pings me i can make you walkthrough all of my last conversation. Anyway Thanks probably my worst and last experience and purchase ever.
