Customize your experience

When coming into this server, I had a "lets customize your experience" screen. How would I be able to do that? I would like that sort of feature for my own server.

I am unsure as to why it is telling me that I am unauthorized. I have put in the correct OAuth token into my .env file, but it continues to say it. What am I missing?
