You can set a device ID to whatever you want. I believe this data is planned to be removed in a later release

You also may have a failing storage device as a typical power loss shouldn’t cause this

Most likely you had a power loss or similar. You can restore the DB if you have a backup.

Oh, this is on windows. Sorry, windows with external mounts can be really challenging. We do not recommend Windows for immich
