How to setup different groups to have different gamemodes in a world?
Give the permission to change to X gamemode in context of the world if you're allowed them to change it. From there, I believe Multiverse has this capability OR if you don't want that, ConditionalEvents should be able to change gamemode depending on world name

@Deleted User https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/armorstandeditor-reborn.94503/ This would be fine and just a rough count of those swords would be no more then 50 from what it looks like. 50 armor stands really isn't an issue, but you can always turn off armor stand ticking in paper settings if you want to use more then what those photos show.

I would use fiverr.com as a sort of guide, just search mc advertising to see what going rates are. Now those are just more generic ads so probably not as valuable as a let's play youtuber would be

If it's a lot of them and you use Purpur, you can enable lobotomize in purpur.yml. It breaks most farms like iron farms but usually just give the villagers a little bit extra space to walk around and it isn't an issue
