When you solo q you have a high chance of getting bad teammates, try going into LFG servers and looking for people your skill to play with, also I would recommend taking up an IGL role and start overcommunicating stuff, asking for smokes, flashes, ect

Right Click on your desktop click display settings, go to advanced display settings, and set your monitors refresh rate to 140hz

You can also find a crosshair you like, copy the crosshair code and paste it in to import it to your crosshairs, this way you won’t have to make it yourself
