i dont think so. i know alot of people who have a turkish account for it
the vp is like half price and it's not bannable

They do it because the currency is weak and faces mass inflation making vp cheaper to get
yep but I don't think you can change region of the acc to play on like na so not rlly useful

I would not risk spending money on a turkish acc tho since its not 100% the riot devs will answer ur ticket

my main account is turkish account and i've spent like +300$ on it , due to my work nature i go to many countries including turkey so i created it while i was there , and you can change account region after 3 days login and a support ticket asking them to change it , riot has changed their terms regarding region
and it's not bannable , they are already aware of this matter too , they don't care tbh since not many will benefit from it nor riot losing anything from it , it actually makes better deal for riot since if you are greedy for the cheaper prices it's a win win situation for them cause you won't buy if you were in your region , so ig money in this case to riot means more than the actual real region of a person
