CPU low ghz rate with DH
Usually I'm getting 3.7 ghz+ while playing any games but eith DH installed it drops down to 2.0 - 2.3 ghz. Any ideas what can cause it?
My System:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
32gb RAM
RTX 3070
