How do you refresh a fetch with a dynamic path (/api/page/[id])

I haven’t tried useAsync yet but ()=> doesn’t change the outcome

registerEndpoint requires multiple flushPromises

the solution is to return $fetch in deleteChannel() and await wrapper.vm.deleteChannel()
