How can I dress better without necessarily dressing up?
I started a new job last month and I want to try to dress better while still having a pretty “easy” wardrobe. I don’t have a dress code at work per se, but I’m bored with how I dress. In the morning the last thing on my mind is clothing, so I usually grab a t-shirt, jeans, and I’m off. It’s basic, inoffensive, and comfortable. When I was younger I was a lurking MFA a lot and used to dress up more, but as I got older it started to get exhausting. I’m pretty comfortable with my wardrobe for fall and winter, but I really want to change things up for the rest of summer/next spring. I have been looking at polos as a start, but I really don’t like the feeling of typical polo fabric. I definitely want to keep things casual, but also look like I give a shit. Where can I look to find clothes that give me that “t-shirt and jeans” comfort and ease, but also look a little better?

Do cheap suits still exist?
I have my wedding coming up in June, and I'm having trouble finding a suit in my price range that also fits the look I want. I'm trying to find a hunter green/dark green suit. I already have shoes, so I'm trying to keep everything else (suit, shirt, tie, belt) in the $300–$400 range. So far I've found tons of stuff that's either in my price range or the color/style I want, but not really both. I only need the suit for two nights (wedding and the reception), and so far Banana Republic Factory and Suit Shop seem to have everything I want, I just don't know enough about the quality. I found a back-up suit at Macy's, but I'm not thrilled with the color. Does anyone have experience with these brands or have any recommendations for different brands?

My jeans fit well but slide down as soon as I start moving, what gives?
I just got some new jeans since I outgrew my old pair. I went from 30x32 to 33x32 in Gap jeans. At a rest everything fits fine (legs are good, length is good, and they rest on my waist without stretching), but as soon as I start walking around they slide down a few inches. I did have a pair of 32W jeans I was trying on, but when I buttoned them there was some stretching in the waist. It almost feels like my size is between 32 and 33. Should I size down to 32x32, or just wear a belt or have them altered?
