Is there anything similar to AWS Secrets Manager here?
Here at Railway, is there any solution similar to AWS Secrets Manager in which I can, through a connection or SDK, store global environment variables and access them in the project I want? Let's suppose I have a backend project but I want to access a variable from there through my code on the frontend, is there a way?

config file railway.json does not exist in the new created environment
I have a project already working with Github and Postgress, I created a new environment from it, but now I can't deploy the project from Github because it keeps giving the error "config file railway.json does not exist", and that it is configured exactly the same as the main environment project.

How do I change the username and password for my PostgreSQL instance?
I created a new PostgreSQL instance, changed the environment variables but I can't connect because it says that the username or password are invalid. Just changing the environment variable and performing a new deployment automatically changes the settings or do I need to do something different in this case?
