I cant upgrade to hobby or pro plan
I'm trying to switch to the Hobby plan to continue hosting my backend projects on Railway. Previously, I had the Developer plan, but it doesn't allow me to switch. I've already paid as instructed, funded my wallet, and the money has been deducted from my card, but I still can't use Railway. When I click on "Subscribe to Hobby plan," an error message appears saying that the subscription already exists.
