Odd Keyboard Issue on Val
So this is super niche/specific issue but any ideas why when I hold A+D it moves me in the direction I last held instead of cancelling the movements out? It makes counter strafing extremely hard and in turn makes it hard to win fights. I only notice this with val.

Stutters and cpu usage
Is ~70% cpu usage average for a i7-13700k on low impact? My goal is to run medium impact which I thought this cpu would be powerful enough to run, but beyond minimal impact I get noticeable stutters even with capped fps.
