Squad Server using bots

Please look into the "players" that are seeding this server.
Their MOTD has a broken discord link.
I'm not a betting man but I'm 99% sure that they're seeding with bots.
I have reported them to OWI through official channels but their server is still licensed, so I'm not sure what's going on.
