Regarding refunds
i dont think night market skins get refunds cuz theyre sold at a discounted rate. as for refunding a skin u bought, u can only do it if u have NOT upgraded it or used it iirc

my goat it got my ping down to 110-120 which is far better but yeah i hope riot owns up and fixes it

Ah I understand I'll try vpns! It just seems so odd that it's happening to so many people in such a short span of time so I thought it might be an issue on riots end!

same issue happened to me. i normally get 100 on NA servers from EU but past two days its been at 170. I tried all the troubleshooting methods but nothing worked.
