Server changes
I play on Bahrain server with ping 70 yesterday for some game Bahrain now is 180 ping and I got Paris and Frankfurt server??

might just be a server issue
if this keeps happening for the next days i´d suggest opening a ticket
Imma wait for a day later if this doesn't fix I'll open one

this has been an issue on their end for a week or so now, no acknowledgement from riot

Either you can wait till they fix it or use exit lag and see if it helps (they have a 3 day free trial)
i wouldnt recommend any 3rd party software
Exit lag is a VPN service, a riot dev recommended using a VPN to try and fix my connection on my thread
