Is there a way to create a dynamic payload for static site?

I am creating a blog page and i need to fetch the content dynamically. Is there a way to do it with nuxt generate because my hosting provider doesn't support server. It's using cpanel and I cant make it work dynamically.

State managment

so guys i have a question. It's about the pinia store and the useState included in nuxt. What's the difference between them and why should I use something like pinia?

Why is the Nuxt dev server so slow?

Like it can take up to 3 seconds to hot reload and I'm not even using ssr. Soo what can possibly be the reason for this?
