Recompile database for Vertical Quality?
Given that vertical quality can be radically changed, does a migrated database from DH 2.0 already have the necessary block data for this feature? Or is it required to completely regenerate the database to fill in this potentially missing data?

Toggle LOD Generation
Is there a toggle and / or keybind which toggles all LOD generation?
There is a toggle for rendering LODs, and another which toggles LODs outside of your chunk range. Is there no toggle for all of LOD generation?
