New Build V-Core300 Y homing goes toward the front with endstop switches
When I am attempting to home Y or Home all, Y is travelling toward the front of the printer away from the endstop. X homes as expected.
I have been searching for a cause/fix but I haven't had any luck.
Setup:
Endstop switches, not sensorless.
Octopus 1.1
EBB36 1.2

New build, PT1000 showing incorrect temp.
I am in the process of completing a V-Core300, and RatOS is showing my hot end at 158c when powered off. If I attempt to warm it up, the temperature drops and the OS shuts it down.
I am using a Bigtreetech EBB36, with the thermistor connected to the 2pin JST-XH header. I have verified the jumpers have been set in the correct position for the 2 pin PT1000. For testing purposes, I unplugged the thermistor after powering off, and powered on with a firmware reset. It immediately shut down due to not sensing a temp, which was expected.
Klipper is still new to me so I am not sure what changes I may need to make. I have attached my printer.cfg as well.

Edit for more info: Octopus 1.1 with EBB36, Rapido 2 hot end.
