When i do "/perf start" i get this outputted in the log

Found the issue: its either ServerCore or Noisium. Two mods I added when I was looking for the issue of my low TPS. It seems like one of those mods disabled mob spawning and tree growing. Dont know if its an incomaptibility with other mods or if its one or both of them having issues. (And Id rather not test it again at risk of breaking something lol) But we've fixed it.

And in single player, mobs seemed to spawn on a new world completely fine according to findings a friend made

Anyways, thanks everyone for the help, especially for letting me know about the Vanilla Profiler and the info that it a Datapack-Mod is probably the culprit

After removing that mod and stress testing with 12 people, the server now runs at a smooth 20 TPS
