Anyone have recommendations for products to tame flyaways and static? Preferably that don’t have a shiny finish. I have long very fine hair hair and the static during the winter is becoming a big annoyance even with leave in conditioner and stuff like thst

Just curious cuz I’ve tried it off an on what is not shampooing supposed to do? I’ve done it in stints where I’ve only shampooed once or twice a week and without fail my hair gets gross and greasy even after like a month of doing this so I’ve gone back to shampooing most days

When I let my hair air dry it dries mostly straight and sits a lot better but when I blow dry it flips out at the ends and back really bad. Am I just blow drying wrong? I cant really wait the hours it takes to air dry most mornings

we have very similar hair, I've found texture cream, sea salt spray and leave in conditioner to help a lot with texture

I’ve used cheap ass spray and expensive and outside of how well the bottle sprays it, I can’t really tell the difference. Will say clay could be adding a lot of weight to your hair making it easier to fall into your face, I swapped to a styling cream after a certain length for my hair which is similar to yours but try products and eventually you’ll find one that works
