Does the Stripe integration support recurring flat rate with per seat pricing?

Stripe offers flat rate + per seat pricing i.e. $200 per month for 10 users, plus $20 per additional user (more details here: https://docs.stripe.com/products-prices/pricing-models#adding-flat-fees).
Would you know if this is supported by OpenSaas?

Can a user sign up confirmation be done with a 6 digit code (instead of only magic link)?
I ask this because some users may be signing up on their phone but their email is on their computer or vice versa.
P.S. Thanks again for creating this! Best repo of the last 2 years IMO!
