No worries. For what it's worth, I made the same mistake when I installed it at first, heh. Also, just a heads-up: other mods which interact with the belt system (by adding new producer or consumer buildings, or by modifying building production/consumption rates) can make this mod seem buggy. It is not. This operates by counting the values that consumers and producers announce (rather than measuring the belts themselves). If a mod does not supply that information correctly, it's supply/demand won't get counted.

I use the UObjectCounter and have also massively increased UObjects because otherwise my game would no longer work.
If you are that close to the limit, having UObjectCounter active all the time will make things worse. It does nothing itself to lower the UObjectCount, and its own UI elements add more UObjects. The mod author makes this clear in the mod description. I also just noticed that you have Taj's Graphics Overhaul installed as well, which will significantly increase the VRAM load. Disabling that should actually be your next step. If you have a factory that is big enough to be that close to hitting the UObject limit, as well as 112 mods, running out of VRAM on an 8GB laptop 4060 with Graphics Overhaul installed starts to sound even more likely.

Looking at the log tail, the upside is that it doesn't appear to be a device or driver failure. My money's on just running out of VRAM (it's only an 8GB notebook 4060). I'd try reducing graphics settings in-game that heavily affect VRAM (things like texture quality, shadows, view-distance). There is significant framerate thrashing traced throughout this log. This is a thing that additional mods could indeed aggravate simply by virtue of them adding new models/textures (which Refined Power does), rather than it being a bug or fault with any specific mod. PS: Disable Th3UObjectCounter if you're not actively using it. It doesn't need to be run all the time, and adds quite a bit of overhead to the U3ObjectCount itself.

It checks the entire line between the producer(s) and consumer(s) of the commodity that is on the belt, not just that specific belt on the line. So if there is something else on the line that is limiting throughput, that's what it is registering.

The only other relevant mod I've used for stats that I've found helpful is https://ficsit.app/mod/Stats ― it doesn't do what you're looking for specifically here (the /stats interface only shows total production/consumption across your entire factory ― example interface in the second video on the modpage), but figured I'd drop a link in case it's useful to you at all. Between the 3 of these stats mods, it usually gives me at least enough information to figure stuff out (and, btw, the Remote Factory mod does let you access the base-game management interface for each miner, which will of course show you how much they're producing ― click on the text in the /rf list. The only problem with that mod is just figuring out which miner is actually which, given it only shows the game-engine actor ID for each miner ― I've left a request with Andre for us to at least be able to rename them in the /rf interface).

As far as I am aware, there are no 1.0-compatible mods which make the miners interactable directly from the map interface. That said, Cartograph currently has a request for this feature in the list, and the dev is looking to implement it (though they admit it could be problematic).

I've found that this mod has quite a low refresh rate for the map icons, it can take some time for them to show up (and to clear). Error status is mainly to do with unintended issues ― manual stoppage and completely disconnected miners won't show. But if their connected power feed fails, or if their material input falls below a certain threshold (I forget what exactly), it should show up. Would indeed be nice to get a SCIM-like map in-game, but I think the overhead for that kinda thing could be problematic.
