how to setup webhooks?

Hey guys I'm looking for how to setup a deploy webhook similar to vercel for my website with sanity.io? I'm following this tutorial ( https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/how-to-build-a-portfolio-site-with-sanity-and-nextjs/#step-7-deployment ) any ideas would be amazing!

CNAME not working

Dear Railway, Hi, my name is Max Carlquist and I’ve got an account with you where I’ve linked my website: https://tenkaklet-production.up.railway.app/ To tenkaklet.com, I’ve added the CNAME from digital ocean but it isn’t properly connected. It says waiting for CNAME to be connected. I’ve patiently waited and tried some times to reconnect but to no avail, can you help me? Cheers!
