I saw the most recent publicly available version of NVIDIUM on Modrinth is currently incompatible with Sodium 0.6.0 so I'd have to wait for that

Ah yes, changing the overdraw prevention to a lower value seems to fix it with shaders turned off. Sadly I can't find any related setting provided by the the shaderpack though
