Hi all! I submitted a return ticket to the typeractive website a couple of days ago for this issue and I was wondering what the turn around rate is for hearing back? I've been itching to get the keyboard running so sorry if I'm being a tad impatient...

The other nice nanos I have seem to work fine and don't behave in the way this one does. I also tried a different cable and the flashing issues section on the zmk troubleshooting page doesn't include errors where it appears to successfully transfer but doesn't actually change anything.
I think it might be a hardware issue...

I tried the things that are mentioned in this guide and it doesn't seem to be working. It acts like its working throught the entire process but it doesn't seem to actually be changing its firmware
