if its a legitimate part of your website and is less than 25MiB, sure, no policy forbids it. but range requests for seeking without downloading the whole video may not work properly since Pages isnt really designed to host video files

Cannot access Workers for account as a Domain Admin
if youre only a domain admin then yeah thats expeccted, you need account-level Workers Admin permission to do that

the ssl setting won't matter for this error (though it should always be full strict regardless), the error happens because there's no edge certificate issued and there not being one issued is a cloudflare issue which is why chaika escalated it. i can only assume the ticket being closed was a mistake and I've already mentioned that on the escalation for someone to correct
