Hey, that second link (/login-help) should help them raise a ticket, make sure they include as much information as possible and if the account email isn't accessible there is an option "I cannot receive e-mail to this address" for that. Feel free to share the ticket number once it's raised so we can escalate it onwards

Cloudflare Browser rendering Blocking
To be clear: Cloudflare doesn't provide a service to bypass Cloudflare security products, so it's expected that you would be prevented from accessing a site with a challenge and in fact not being blocked by a site with a challenge configured would itself be the bug instead.

you may also be able to use the key itself to find out the owner depending on its permissions, iirc theres a user endpoint
