Unable to see my open support cases in the help center.

I first had the issue of not having access to the support dashboard, being redirected to this article. I raised the support issue as asked, got a reply saying that i now have access to the dashboard. I indeed have access to it now, but it is empty, none of my open cases are listed, and when i click on the direct link to a case from within an email, it does not load the case (looks like a 403 error). I am asked to provide additional information to an open case, but i can't do it as the case never loads.

have you tried replying to the tickets over email?
