what mods does distant horizon need to run with others
if using the latest version I sent doesn't work, try disabling all mods other than DH and seeing if you still get that same error

Sounds like the issue is that Repurposed Structures is doing feature generation incorrectly or something idrk. Maybe you can try reporting it to them as well?

yeah the main limitation of an HDD will probably be that it will cause LODs that are already generated to take longer to show up
