minecraft Moderation Team Help
Hey, i have a small server (around 450 members), which was unexpected. I have never had to manage a team befofe, but clearly had to set up mods, admins and such. The problem is that as I generally domt really know what i am doing, i am startimg to find issues with my staff being at each others throats when they have differing opinions on topics. It has led to a much more tense team than it has been the previous year. I want to go back to the relaxed team that all got alomg woth each other and sorted out arguments without... gettimg mean. I feel like i need to have a proper structure in place, i domt feel the structure i currently have works, would anyome be able to offer me the structure yiu use that i can potentialy piggy back off of? The current team is Administrator (i have 2) These are in charge of the modpack, mod updates and any MC bugs that come up. I am thinking of chnaging this to developer or something similar instead Head Mod (i have 1) Is in charge of mod applications, and is supposed to be in charge of the mod team, being the bridge between them and myself, but as i am incredibly active, my H Mod hasnt had to do anything, their only job has been to accept/deny applications and show mew mods how everything works. Moderator (i have 6) Are in charge of the server (mc and discord) players. They deal with answering questions, helping out, warning, muting, banning if needed. Trial mod ( i have 1) Their job is just learning how to he a mod, learning the rules and commands etc. Is there a... better, more structured way i could have my team?
