App.vue overwritten by layer after adding @nuxt/content@3
As I checked you also missed future: { compatibilityVersion: 4 } in the nuxt.config.ts Since you put app.vue inside app directory you should change compatibility version

The layers was getting reversed in the module and that's why the priority was reverse

There was a side effect in Content module, should be good in https://pkg.pr.new/@nuxt/content@b4e7dec
