Works perfectly for single player but not on my server?
I fixed it by deleting my LOD file for my server and essentially resetting my known chunks

if i go to the chunk thats "unloaded" it will load then revert to its previous state after i leave, im noticing its happening with a specific spot

ive gone over the chunks several times now, seems to be helping a little bit?
