CMI or EssentialsX?
EssentialsX. CMI while nice to have multiple things is extremely bloated, and painful to work with.
Their configs are a mess, and there are always bugs that happen for the strangest reasons. The things CMI do, there are dedicated plugins that do it better.
Never had a bug with EssentialsX for years. Extremely reliable
