We've had similar issues with bans and caching before. Where Hordicus had to manually clear the cache.

It is deleted. Attempting to access it directly returns an No ban with the given id exists error.

Using triggers. Create a trigger type Player Join with the condition Player Is Using Proxy and action Kick Player.
