Having trouble installing Distant Horizon + Iris

I have the following JARs in my .minecraft/mods folder: Distant Horizons 2.1.0 Iris 1.7.0 Sodium-fabiric 0.5.8 Indium 1.0.31 Getting this error:

Incompatible mods found!
net.fabricmc.loader.impl.FormattedException: Some of your mods are incompatible with the game or each other!

     - Install fabric-renderer-api-v1, version 3.2.0 or later.
More details:
