I found that with DiscordSRV users had to link by themselves, for my set up that was not ideal so I choose DiscordRoleSync which lets me forcefully link discord users and their MC accounts without them having to do anything. It is group based but you could make a group specific for permissions you want to have synced. Not ideal but just throwing another option out there

Do you let your players know when you ban a griefer or who stole from them?
Lol I bet they do, what if you temp ban someone? Or if you just warn them? Do you tell others?
