wool/silk/linen blends that SuitSupply do are not a bad choice either but theyll have more texture and wrinkle more

heavy linen could work well since it rumples more than it wrinkles, but you're hard-pressed to find that given your budget

i'd say stick with a fresco or high twist wool as a suit; hopsack and other textured weaves read more like an odd jacket and dont perform well as trousers
