Did you do the advanced install or automatic? Both methods seemed to not work for me. KDE didn't improve. Using Ventoy or Fedora Media Writer didnt seem to impact.

I tried Flatseal as well. First time, so idk permissions are immediate or require app restart

Do you also happen to be dual-booting or on Gnome? I guess I should also mention I'm on a Framework 13" AMD 7640u just to lay everything out for the thread. Glad to see I'm not crazy though. Reinstalling w/ KDE for the small chance that changes anything
