Random super high ping lag spikes with solid 20 TPS. No idea what is causing them.

Need help finding the source of this lag in a specific spot on my server. Spark report included.
Our server TPS drops to about 15-17 whenever I am at a certain player's base. They have some pretty big crop farms (just crops, not anything automated). There is also a iron golem farm but it seems to be pretty slow. Also there is a huge hole that a player has for storage that is filled with barrels with item frames, but it doesn't seem like A TON of item frames.
