only other thing i could think of is the immodule bug, but that should've been fixed a while back. here's the old workaround, in case you want to try it:

E.g. on my 16gb PC handheld, I have 8GB allocated as VRAM. So system info shows 8gb ram, with the rest of it being allocated to the GPU.

That's because 8gb of RAM is being allocated to the GPU as VRAM. If you change the RAM allocations to the GPU in the bios, it'll change the number you see in the system info
