Is there a way to toggle on/off disk encryption without reinstalling Bazzite?
Where in settings can I toggle disk encryption on and off? Or do I need to reinstall the whole system to turn it on or off?

you must reinstall
If you want to remove the decryption password prompt on boot, you can do so via the tpm unlock ujust
