Substance fails to launch
Did you do a typo maybe? the steam compat command should have an L in slr, not an i in it
steam -compat-force-slr off

Not tech savvy but found this https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3378857 two people mentioned playing the game with Proton 7 worked for them
