If you're still in Boston, go to Drinkwater's. They stock more than just EG. I got a beanie from this japanese brand called Cableami from there that was 100% wool and genuinely great

I bought a pair in my usual size and they fit me well. That said, it wasn't comfortable for walking too long cos mine had a very thin sole, not sure about others

I have a few of their stuff. Really quality stuff. On their site they have a bigger run of clothing and if you wait around you can get it on sale

yeah patchwork is right. I don't necessarily look for patchwork stuff only, but there's plenty of brands like FDMTL, Kapital, Beams Plus, that do patchwork stuff. Some other brands/designers also release patchwork stuff occasionally like Nicholas Daley, Xenia Telunts I also think the jacket you linked is a bit too busy and not in a good way
