fun thing is, the saved game files are still loading probably so there not two installs.

Got it running, somehow my server used a different shell script and loaded a different file to start which fucked up the mod loading, i went into the stated loccation in the debug file and run the .sh of factory server. now it provides me this

The mods are actually not outdated, not sure why it tells that, cause if i click on "check for updates" it doesnt give me any update possiblitily
