Health, hunger and some UI elements dissapear when shaders are on
Found it - Silent's Delight Fabric. For some reason it causes ui problems
Talked to the dev, the latest version on curseforge fixes the issue!

Okay I picked out a random selection of mods i thought could be problematic and removed them and now its good, I will share when i discover which one it is

I've tried disabling and enabling a lot of the mods to no avail so far, unless someone has an idea about it the only one i have left is to create a new instance and just copy the mods over for a fresh install
Poking around the jars and config files (and logs) ive seen nothing suspicious that would allude to this change happening overnight

None of the inventories or crafting interfaces have any issue, just the main gameplay ui as seen in the image

If it had I wouldnt be asking about it
As you can see in the first set of images the ui is completely fine when the shaders are disabled, but the problem persists with shaders enabled

This happens for any shader. Not sure if the Better Combat mod was at fault but there were no issues yesterday and I haven't updated anything else
