Shared SSR context
During SSR I'd like to be able to share context generated in one fetch event to any and all subsequent fetch events. Imagine processing a cookie and getting the user from the DB, I'd like to do this once lazily and have the result shared to every other fetch call during SSR.
I've combed through all nuxt, nitro and h3 docs and no immediate solution pops out to me. Is there something I'm missing?
