I put fabric API in to follow it through but kept getting a crash on launch
The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'net.minecraft.class_2487 net.minecraft.class_2507.method_30613(java.nio.file.Path, net.minecraft.class_2505)'
