yeah, it was indeed cave culling! i tried this just minutes ago but i didnt disconnect-reconnect so it didnt refresh and thought i already tried it... 😢

same location but now, i can see some LOD arent bugged, i will try to delete server and client lods and see if they regenerate correclty
