Server occasionally crashing after using Nether portals
I'm running a Fabric 1.21 server and lately I've been seeing occasional crashes when I rapidly move in and out of Nether portals. Usually it is as mild as a client disconnect, but sometimes it results in the server crashing, and even once it took down the host machine (Unraid running Docker). I'll attach the crashlog of the most recent incident, but I can't make heads or tails of anything in it.
Is there some sort of problematic mod or setting that I may have accidentally enabled?

Is there a server-side only mod for editing and adding recipes?
I've looked at KubeJS (not supporting Fabric) and CraftTweaker (server and client required). Is there anything similar that allows for simple addition or editing of recipes?
