realistically it won't run 10 minutes, but it might take a bit (I need to make up to 1000 fetch calls)

So I see that we can have 10,000 queues
Hello, I guess my question is, what is the recommendation for actually getting 10k queues? I have an organization id, I want to give each organization their own queue... but what is the recommendation for achieving this? Is it to use the cloudflare API? Thanks!!
