Getting 200ms latencies from a hello world worker in Perth, Australia

Hello I have a basic hello world worker and it takes 200ms to respond. There is a cloudflare datacenter in Perth, and cdns work properly (less than 30ms latencies). Maybe there is something wrong with workers in that data center?

Workers run on the same cdn machine that handles the request*, no special worker pool or anything. so I'd suspect more of general routing/script issue. * Unless you have smart placement on, which is optional and has the cf-placement response header You can check the CF-Ray response header on your request, at the end of the airport code of the colo that handled it. Or you can go to /cdn-cgi/trace path of your workers.dev or worker custom domain and look at the colo=

Hm yea it might be a home internet issue because the request was getting routed to San Francisco
